This story... Wow

Hey guys!

Sorry we've been kind of MIA. Except Hope. She's been good ;)

Anyways I need to pu on my thinking cap and start to write some letters or post a cool story or something, but until then I'll leave you with these two awesome stories.

This girl wrote prolife on her hand all summer and people asked her about it every time she went out. I totally want to try that! Anyway back to the point,  she put 5 reasons why abortion is wrong. I definitely suggest reading it!

And this woman wrote an article on how the doctor told her to "evacuate her dead unborn baby" because he couldn't find a heartbeat, but she didn't and now she has a bouncy little two year old!

Sorry this post is so short. I promise I'll get some good ideas soon! Have a great day!

March for life 2014

First I would like to say I meant to post on Christmas but my family and me got the flu :( So I was sleeping all day. So we have a lot of ground to cover today.

I'll start by saying, Merry Christmas! What did you get?

And a happy new year!I hope you had a very good 2013. I did, but I sadly needn't do as many pro-life things as I wish I did. But hey, it's a new year!

And you know whats coming up? The March For Life. last year me and Charity missed it due to private issues. I was so sad! And this year I might have to miss it again! Ugh. But there is a change I can make it. Just maybe. I do know the rest of the girls are going for sure. Sorry, but no meet ups or anything like that. Will you be going this year though?

Anyways, I wanted to talk about this quote. “It is a poverty to decide that a child must die so that you may live as you wish.” - Mother Teresa.

And it is a fact that a lot of teen girls abort because it's so stressful or they got raped and they think the child is not technically theirs or or or. But that's the point of the quote! It doesn't matter that your life is  about to become really stressful and hard and you feel shameful and embarrassed, it's your child and nothing will change the fact that it's barbaric to kill it. Nothing. And that's the cold truth.

But that's what adoption is for! There is this amazing blog about a young couple and their story of adopting. The woman has infertility. But because of adoption she can still start a family. And she is always saying how blessed she is for that.

So if you are a teen or a woman thinking of aborting, remember there is a second option; adoption.

Hello, it's been so long!

Has you can tell, we are horrible bloggers. A whole summer with no posts. Gosh, you guys probably think we forgot how to type or something. So I think I'm speaking for everyone when I say I'm really, really sorry! I think I'm also speaking for everyone when I say the reason we kinda 'left" for the summer is because we all got so busy with plans. You know how summer is, Packed with stuff to do! But still, I'm ashamed because I could've posted stories. So please forgive us!

Since I haven't talked to my fellow Lifesavers I don't know our plans for the future. Will we keep the blog? Will we put it on hold until we feel okay with going to events and showing our faces? Will we ever take the blog far enough to do that? So I'll have to talk to the girls about that.

Also, I was thinking if we keep the blog I wanna post a weekly news letter. Including stuff like our future plans, up coming posts, news, etc.

One more thing before I get ahead to the abortion story, can you do use a huge favor and get us followers? Post us on Facebook, tag us on Twitter, etc. If everyone would do that I would be so grateful!

Now on to the story.

My mom gets this magazine called "Above Rubbles" and I think it's about homeschooling, being a mom, etc. So I don't read it. But one day it was lying open on the table and I saw an article on abortion. Heres the story:

When my 17 year old daughter told me she had decided to have an abortion I prayed hard. She had run away at 15 years. Early one morning I woke while it was still dark. In order not to disturb my husband I took myself off to the bath to pray. My mind was raging. I thought of all the horrible things ahead of her because I too had run away when I was young. It tore me up inside.
God dropped a Scripture into my heart.  Proverbs 3:5-6 NIV, “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him and He will make your paths straight.” I realized I was leaning on my own understanding and experience by obsessively worrying about this situation. God encouraged me to trust Him.
I had an abortion once. It didn’t mean anything to me at the time. It was acceptable in society. I didn’t even think about it after it was done. The government endorsed it, for goodness sake!
When my eldest daughter was three, she woke from a dream and told me about a friend she had met called Sarah who had taken her flying over town. She named her doll Sarah and from then on ‘Sarah’ was her pet name for everything. She became a valued member of our family.  After my next children came along they too began to talk of ‘Sarah’ and also named their dolls Sarah.
On occasion when I was praying I would see a child dart across the doorway but when I looked there was no one there. My spirit was on alert because I knew I had seen someone. It was like the shadow of someone.
I was at a Ladies’ retreat and a woman spoke on abortion, bringing to my attention the reality of what I had done.  The child was real but I had been numb about it. What I didn’t see didn’t exist. Or did it?

These women prayed with me and helped me to acknowledge my sin and make peace with my aborted child by acknowledging that I killed it and asking forgiveness.  I gave my baby a name as they said it was important to name my child. I named her Sarah. From that moment on my other children no longer talked to ‘Sarah’ and I no longer saw the shadow of a child running past.
Therefore when my 17 year old daughter came to me and told me she was going to have an abortion I felt the need to explain to her that abortion is actually murder. The devil was trying to kill another baby and I had to speak up. I knew it was a sensitive topic and she probably wouldn’t want to hear what I had to say, but this baby was my grandchild, one of my descendants--and this is a war!
People need to know that just because you can’t see the life within you doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist. The moment you conceive, the baby is alive. We need to take responsibility for the choices we make and accept the consequences. Killing an unborn child is not the answer. It is not the child’s fault. Abortion is not an option that should be considered.
If you are considering an abortion, please understand that are killing a baby and you will grieve the loss of this life. Abortion doesn’t solve problems--it creates worse ones. I remember having a dream that I was having an abortion. It was legal up to nine months but the law required that you look into the eyes of the child you were aborting and say goodbye before you killed it. If this were the condition on abortion, would you go through with it?
Now for the good news—my daughter kept her baby and I have a beautiful 10 month old granddaughter.

It was a very moving story to me. I loved how when she forgave herself, prayed to God for his forgiveness, and made peace with her aborted child, "Sarah's" soul was finally at peace with in her. Share this story!

Why?

Hello,

I'm shore you all read our other lastest post "brace yourself", and well I'd like to talk a little more about that.

First, I'd like to say that when I saw that StarBucks suports abortion I pretty much cried. I am a very big coffee fan. Actually that's a understatement. I live for coffee. So StarBucks is like heven to me. And I spent a lot of time thinking "what am I going to do?!?!" and well after talkin got my dad I think I know.

I am still going to drink StarBucks.

Let's just say I'm mad. Like really mad. They're killing these babies and now I can't drink coffee?? No, no no no. I am not letting them take two great things in this world away from me. But I am doing two things. First, I am giving up my dream of working there. And seconde, I vow that I will only drink they're coffee while they only suport abortion. But if they start giving some money to planned parenthood, well that's when I'll stop buying.

Now a lot of you might say "I thought you were going to do everything you cn to stop planned parenthood?!?!" And for me, giveing up something I love will not do anything. But I can say one thing, I will die fighting. I will never stop fighting this barbaric, horrible thing. Put me in jail, hang me, shoot me, but I will never stop fighting to save babies. Even if it's just one a year. I will fight.

Also, me anChastity has been acting like you need to be Christian to help. And that's sooooooooo wrong. It doesn't matter what you believe. Cause I think a lot of people do believe killing harmless babies for no reason is wrong. So please don't just stop reading this blog if we say something about our faith. I mean this is a free country and it is our faith but just know you don't need to believe in our God to know what's really wrong and right.

P.s We were talking about getting a Instagram. It seems a lot of people are into that now. So, should we get one? Vote!!!!

Brace Yourself

Because this is not going to be easy to hear.

My mom showed me a list of companies that support Planned Parenthood. Turns out that some very big organizations and some of my favorites support PP. There's a whole big list but I'll just write down some of the biggest (For the full list click here).

AT&T
Johnson & Johnson (Ironic, right?)
Gap
Nike
Pepsi
Yahoo!

And the two that ripped my heart out....

Adobe :(

and

Starbucks D:

I already have Photoshop Elements so I'm not going to stop using it but I am going to stop buying any Adobe products.

As for Starbucks.... unless I get a gift card from someone, I will no longer be able to have my white chocolate mocha frappuccino.

It is so hard to give these things up, but sometimes you have to do the right thing. I am no longer giving money to companies that help support Planned Parenthood. Will you join me? If you all help spread the word about all these companies, maybe we can get a petition going and send it to Starbucks!!! Post it to your blog, facebook, twitter, etc. Once you have shoot us an email, post on our wall on FB, tweet us, or leave us a comment (Links to our social networks are right beneath our blog header).

My Heart Aches

Last night around midnight I was reading blogs about people who have lost their babies. I don't know why I do it to myself, I always end up crying, but I love to read letters that mothers have written to their children who have died months, even years before.

But something stood out to me that one woman wrote that made me say a rosary at 12:30 in the morning even though I was super tired.

She was talking about how her baby didn't have anyone with him when he died. His mom started hemorrhaging and blacked out and his dad stayed with the mom.

And then it hit me.

With every abortion that is performed, there is a baby in pain. Without a mommy or daddy to comfort them. Without doctors trying to save them. Alone.

But then something else hit me.

They aren't alone. They have Jesus and their guardian angels and their heavenly Mama with them. I just prayed that they feel the love of all three of them, that they are all comforted. My heart aches to think of all the babies who have lost their lives to abortion and to other causes, as well.

May God have mercy on us.

Just Try to Stop Us

Here's a cool story.

An amusement park a little bit away is having a "walk for life", hosted by our local pregnancy resource center. It looks really cool and I wish my family and I could make it, but we can't :( I did get to design a poster for it, though!

Today while I was trying to print it out so I could give it to someone who is going to blow it up, I was having issues with the printer. It kept on stopping in the middle of the print, and I probably went through 5 or 6 pieces of paper, which is a HUGE waste of ink and paper. I was getting really discouraged, and after a while it crossed my mind "maybe God is stopping it because something is wrong with the poster".
"Oh that's ridiculous," I told myself. "How could I misspell something so simple?" After another failed print, though, I double checked, and sure enough, I forgot to add some facts that I needed! As soon as I did that it printed!

But then I realized I printed the wrong one.

So I tried again and again, but the printer was acting up again. I decided to take a break and go paint my nails (hehe), and when I came back to try again I was sure it would work, but it didn't. I started thinking about God stopping it for some reason again, but my mind jumps from thing to thing so it went from "I misspelled something" to "God doesn't want me to participate in this". But after a while, He cleared my mind. Of course He wants me to do this, I thought. He cares about these babies more than anyone. So I decided that someone else was stopping the printer-- Satan.

I clicked print and restarted the computer, and while it restarted I said a series of prayers. I ended with "God, kick Satan's butt."

Legit, as soon as I finished and did the sign of the cross, it started printing. And it printed the whole entire paper.

Why am I telling you this, I may ask?

On our pro-life journey, many things are going to try and stop us. People, pressure, printers, etc. But we can't back down. We have to keep on trying to spread the word: abortion is taking the life of an innocent child! Many people really think that the baby is just a blob of cells, but we have science and God to back us up that it's a living person.

I really think that the end of abortion is near. Together we can do it! Just try to stop us!

Our Job Won't Be Over

What if abortion ends in our lifetime? Can you imagine how awesome that would be?

But our job wouldn't be over yet. There would still be you teen moms, single mothers, and even married ones who need help.

We would have to start organizations who help these woman. If someone had a child with special needs, they might need equipment, information, etc. on how to care for the baby. Single moms will need jobs, baby items, and maybe even housing.

While we're working on making abortion illegal, we should also be thinking of ideas on what we should do once it ends, because our job won't be over. Maybe if we show America the alternative to abortion- adoption- and give these young woman some encouragement, these single-mom centers will become a reality and abortion nothing but a dark past.

I plan on writing a letter to the president about this. Will you all help me? If you think of any ideas on what we can do after abortion is illegal, please email them to 4lifesavers@gmail.com.

Thanks!

Until Abortion Ends...

There is a website called I am Whole Life, which is an awesome pro-life website!! Check it out!

Anyway, they have this thing called "until abortion ends", which I committed myself to a few years ago. Basically, you give something up until abortion ends. I gave up my favorite ice cream, moose tracks.

Please consider joining this awesome campaign! You can even submit a video or story to them and let them know you're on their side!

Until I'm finished with my adoption posts {Which I had all planned out but stupidly forgot to write down, so now I'm digging them up in my brain}, here are some quotes and a video for you :)

Random Essay

Hey everyone!

I had to write a dialogue for school "in which one of the characters explains and clarifies an important moral point rooted in one of the Ten Commandments". I decided to do commandment #6-- Thou shalt not kill-- and write about abortion. Hope you like it!

The two friends, Lizzie and Serena, met up at the door, all ready for youth group. Serena was so excited because the head of their local pregnancy resource center was coming to talk. After a Bible reading, activity, and reflection, the woman finally got up to speak. Once she finished her speech, the group adjourned.
“That was a really great speech,” Serena said as they started to walk home.
“I suppose so,” Lizzie replied, “but I don’t really agree with it. I think a woman should have the right to have an abortion. After all, it’s not a baby, only a blob of cells.”
“But Lizzie, it is a baby. There are a bunch of things that prove it.”
            “Like what?”
“Well,” Serena said, “the heart starts to beat at 18 days after conception, and everything with a beating heart is considered living. A baby’s brain waves can be detected at six weeks, and it can feel pain by nine weeks. In the just fourth week, many of its major organs like the liver, lungs, pancreas, and stomach, begins to form.

“Okay, but it still doesn’t look like one. And it’s inside its mothers body, and she should be able to do what she wants with her body.”
“Just because it doesn’t look like a human doesn’t mean it’s not one. If a child with special needs is born looking different, does that mean it’s not human? Or how about a soldier whose face has been brutally burned and distorted, does that mean he’s not human, either?”
            “Well… no.”
“And yes, it’s inside its mother’s body, but that doesn’t mean it’s a part of its mothers body. The baby has its own body, too, which you shouldn’t be permitted to kill. Besides, if you kill a pregnant woman you would be charged for two murders.”
“Okay, so the baby’s a person. But you have to think of the life he would have,” Lizzie countered. “What if its mother couldn’t afford to take good care of him? Then he would grow up poor and starving.”
“If she can’t afford to take good care of him, the mother should give him up for adoption. There are a lot of couples out there who can’t have kids, and adoption is their only way to have a family. Frankly, I think most teen moms should give their children up for adoption, so that their kids can have a mother and a father. It would also be a lot less stress on the birth mom.”
“That’s true… and, since the baby is a human, when you have an abortion you would kill it, which means you violate the sixth commandment,”
“Thou shalt not kill,” Serena finished her sentence. By now they had reached their parting way.
“Thanks, Serena, for telling me all this stuff. I already have a bunch of ideas on pro-life volunteering work we can do. Bye!”
“Bye, Lizzie! I can’t wait to hear your plans! See you!” Serena continued on her way home, smiling to herself.
I'm working on a three-part adoption series. It'll be coming soon!

We're getting there!

Hello everyone!

We haven't posted anything in *goes to check* almost two months! Sorry about that! We've been busy. I have a letter idea and a few post ideas, I just never get around to doing them....

But, today as I sat down at the computer, I saw a headline on my mother's news page the caught my eye.

TOUGH ON ABORTION: North Dakota passes most restrictive abortion bills in nation.

I hurriedly clicked on it, and what I saw makes my heart soar. To read the full article, click here {I suggest you read it. There are some great quotes!} If you wanna skip that, I'll tell you what it says:

Last week, Arkansas made it illegal to have an abortion over 12 weeks. This week, North Dakota made a rule even stricter: you can't have an abortion over 5 weeks. This will make gender-selected and genetic-affect abortions impossible, since you can't tell what sex your baby is or if it has any special needs.

Other states are doing things to help make abortion illegal, too. Oklahoma introduced a "personhood bill", which will ban abortions by defining human life as beginning with conception.

You see, readers? We're getting there! Little by little we are working to make abortion illegal! I just know that someday people will look back on this dark time and say, "people actually did that?", just like we do now with Hitler killing thousands of Jews.

Here is a list of future posts I intend to write (If some things don't make sense to you, just bear with me until I write the post).

Making the hard decisions

I have some great news. Finally, I know!

So a 26-year old lady in the UK gives birth twice in 8 months. Claire Ormrod was pregnant with a girl named Alice, then she had a emergency caesarean section 25 weeks on December 6, 2011. Alice weighed 1 pound, 3 ounces, and doctors didn’t think she would survive. But she did. And 7 weeks later (despite being on the birth control pill) she got pregnant again. In september 2012 she gave birth to her son Gareth. He was born early too. He weighed 2 pounds. After finding out she was pregnant again she was pretty scared, her doctor said that she could die from this because of her last birth and to just get a abortion, but she said no. And in end every turned out okay. She is well at home with her 2 new babies. Isn't that amazing? Now she could have picked the easier/healthier way out and not take the risk of dyeing, but she didn't because she loved her baby to much.

70% of women get abortion because the baby will effect there lives too much. And the truth is yes, a baby is going to need lots of caring for! But trust me, it's so worth it! Feeling there little heart beat, stocking there soft hair. Babies are a blessing.

Anyways me and Charity were not able to go on the march for life, but we still made posters. How about making your own? You don't need poster board! Just paper! Get creative, put a really good pro life quote on it. Or put your own thoughts on abortion on it. Whatever! And send them in, if there really good we will put them on our blog!

Oh and i'm Adopting an unborn baby. Don't have a name yet but I will post when I do!

*March for life photos, videos, posters to come:)

*If you didn't already read it, scroll down to read this other new post.

A Truth About Planned Parenthood

I saw a blog post* the other day, and I read something that made me really angry.

So, apparently, it's only illegal in 4 states to have a gender-selective abortion, which means in all other 46 states of America, if you're pregnant with a boy but want a girl, it's legal to abort him... just because he's a boy.

But mostly, girls get aborted. Wait, what? That's right- Planned Parenthood, apparently on the "woman's side", ends the life of a lot of woman. In fact, most gender-selective abortions are done to baby girls.

If someone from PP is reading this, could you please tell me how this is fair to woman?

Here is a video where someone in Arizona, one of the states where sex-selective abortion is illegal, who went undercover to two clinics.

This whole gender-selective things disgusts me, and it makes me 10x more passionate about life. Nobody should have their life ended because they're the "wrong gender". These little babies need people to stand up for them, because obviously a lot of people don't. The March for Life is tomorrow. It's a great chance to stand up for those who can't! Even if you're not going, you can still make a stand. I put together a short list of simple things you can do tomorrow, so that even though you're not going on the March, you can still show you're for life.

  • Pray. Obviously, this one is one of the most powerful. Prayer can do extraordinary things! Pray for all the unborn babies, for the people on the March, for all the people who have ever had an abortion, for all those considering an abortion, etc.
  • Fast. This is like another form of prayer. Give up breakfast, maybe, or lunch, and while you're hungry say, "God, I'm giving this small suffering for all the babies in danger of abortion."
  • Make a poster. Hope and Charity aren't able to go on the March this year due to weather, but we all still got together to make posters (Pictures to come). We made big-ish ones, but just a piece of paper will work just as well. Email pictures of your posters to us at 4lifesavers@gmail.com
  • Adopt an unborn baby. I know this sounds a little strange, but there is a prayer you can say to spiritually adopt a baby who is in danger of abortion. “Jesus, Mary and Joseph, I love you very much. I beg you to spare the life of [baby’s name] the unborn baby that I have spiritually adopted who is in danger of abortion.” I adopted mine over a year ago, and I named him Matthew. Click here to learn more information about everything.

Pregnancy Resource Centers

Hi everyone!
A couple of days ago Faith and I went to our local pregnancy resource center to volunteer. In our area, a bunch of churches give out baby bottles that people fill up with change, and all the money goes to this resource center.

Our PRC is awesome! I didn't know all they did for life! I mean, obviously the baby bottle thing was cool, but it goes far beyond that.

All of the boxes we labeled and organized!
They have parenting classes. A little baby boutique so that the mom's can come every four months. Car seats, cribs, blankets, diapers, formula, toys. Ultrasounds. And everything is for free.

Thanks to the wonderful free ultrasounds, 93% of the abortion-minded woman who come in there decide to choose life and keep their baby! And then PRC supplies them with all the necessities (Look above). Isn't that just awesome?

But they rely only on donations, because they aren't government funded.

If you have a local pregnancy resource center, donate some of your money, or volunteer there! I bet they need it.

Not going to lie

Okay I'm not going to lie to you, we are Christians. and I bet a lot of you out there are not. and we all may believe in different things. like how did we get here. no matter how you think we did, I think we can all agree that however it's pretty amazing. life is amazing! So even as a Christian I don't believe that we are the only ones who love life (and everyone living it)! so I don't think us (Christians) are the only ones who can make a different on abortion! no, we need every one! no matter who or what you believe in, again, I think we all agree that killing babies is wrong! so please, no matter who you are speak up!

The Feast of the Holy Innocents

Today, in the Catholic Church, is the feast of the holy innocents. Today we remember all the precious innocent babies who lost their lives because Herod mistook them for Christ... we also remember all the innocent children who lose their lives every day because of abortion, neglect, starvation; and in particular we are remembering those precious children who lost their lives in the massacre that happened two weeks ago.

Even in you're not Catholic, please pray for all the innocent lives lost.

Also, here is the first letter that I've written to the President. What do you think?

President Barack Obama,

My name is ____ _____. I am ___ years old and live in ______. I am part of the Lifesavers, a group my friends and created to stand up for all the unborn babies in danger of abortion.
The recent tragedy in Connecticut is awful, and I can't stand thinking about it, but it's hard, because we do nearly the same thing to thousands of babies every day. We invade a supposedly safe, secure, loving protection, and we slaughter the living, innocent child inside. The difference between the massacre and abortion? Abortion is LEGAL.
Shouldn't a mothers womb be the most safe, private place in the world? If we are invading something so sacred, why are we surprised when a school is broken into?
I think that abortion is one of the most evil things in the world. Why? Because it murders children, small, sweet, defenseless children with no voice to speak up. Just like those precious little kids who lost their lives in the shooting.
Mr. President, please think about this. How can we expect these mass murders to stop when mothers and doctors are killing children? When many, many influential people stand up for the killing? Again, please, please think about this.

-____ _____

PS. Please go to our blog, website, and Youtube channel (And then I'll put the link, etc).

A couple weeks ago at church the priest said something that really made me think about life. We don't respect it (When I say we I mean most of America). We kill unborn babies. Children and teenagers are abused every day. We will even kill criminals and older people who are in pain and who want to leave this world. This world needs A LOT more respect for life! Life of all ages! Life of all kinds!

I believe that every person is on this earth for a reason. Basically, it's all for the same reason, to live for and give glory to God, but we can all do that different ways. Some may start a big organization to help end world hunger. Some may enter to religious life. Some may live a loud life by becoming involved in many ministries. Some may live a quiet life and raise children to love the Lord. Some may be a group of teenagers trying to stop abortion.

The point is, even the worst of people are here for a purpose, but most bad people don't realize it. There will always be sin in the world, and evil will always happen, and when it does people need to be punished for it, but we shouldn't end a life that could help a bunch of people. A criminal could completely change his life around, but we may not give him the chance.

The same goes for unborn babies. They could accomplish something amazing, but those who are aborted don't get that chance. The worse part? We're killing innocent children who have done nothing wrong.

Let's all make a commitment right now to have a greater respect for life. We shouldn't wish death on anyone, no matter what horrid crime they committed. We should stand up for everyone, but especially those without a voice.

Please pray for all the families affected by the awful Connecticut shooting.

Thanks,
Chastity
